Thanks, it doesn't actually match anything on my interior, but like the chill and calming color. Probably my favorite Pro color now. It's unique, without being too serious or bright.

From what I've seen of the Lunar Rock, I think the color matches very well.

    Busy weekend...
Between getting a Christmas tree and making a 180 mile round trip to go check out a local micro-market in Hood River, doing some honey-do’s and playing/walking the dogs (their walk is 1-1/2 miles along our hilly private road, and throwing the ball for our younger Lab is a 45-minute marathon 2-4 times every day on the weekends), I managed to get my @Swfltoyomafia sticker installed, my TVD Vinyl snowboarder stickers installed, my TC USA American Roll Cover about 80% installed (still need to do the drains, but need parts for how I plan to do them), and got my Rhino Rack towers and cross bars installed.

The setup on the Rhino towers is SOOOO much better than the clam-shell mechanism on the Yakima towers that I had on the previous truck. Planning on taking the old towers to ReRack tomorrow along with the 78” cross bars and snowboard racks I had previously to see what I can get on trade for them.

Get rid of all those Butt connections and use a soldering iron with heat shrink. I see exposed copper in the pic.

Put on my color matched end caps. My recommendation? Get the bumpershellz. Snapped a couple bolts thankfully they weren’t important bolts. I was losing patience on waiting for my TRD Pro grill to get here, so i decided to get the hard part over with. Color match is a bit off but doesn’t affect my OCD.

Are you sure those are Cement end caps? Look more like SSM to me, especially with them right next to the Cement paint on the fender.

Patrick, thanks for confirming that HOW you drive is the most important factor in MPG's. The reason your test results came back so close is your consistency in acceleration and speed control in your trips. As an engineer, I would be curious to see if several trials confirmed the slightly better MPG performance of Sport mode over stock. Your results were likely statistically insignificant for a sample size of one, but multiple tests with the same results would lend credence to those making statements about their MPG's improving even in Sport mode. I'm not asking you to do this - that would take a of of your time that would likely not do anything to change anyone's driving. Just stating the curiosity.

    Another great video!

Installed pedal commander three weeks ago. Put on city +4. Have not changed the way I drive. Went from 12.8 -14.9. I would say it works.

Yes it worked on you. Because of the increased felt acceleration, you are no longer pushing the gas pedal down as far as you used to.

Sure thing, they screw into the existing holes along the inner fenders and mud guards, no drilling or sticking onto the body required. A soft rubber protective edge guard was provided for the part that contacts the paint.

Fit was NOT perfect for the front two (rears were perfect), using the pre-drilled holes in the flares caused them to warp away from the body of the truck. I drilled a few of my own holes through the flares to make them sit flush, took about 10min extra to align and modify.

Hmm. I’m not saying you are lying, but I find it hard to believe you got an honest 16% increase. Give me a 50-100 mile before and after highway run. No OEM would leave that much on the table. There are too many other variables in play, including the computer being tricked.

Yeah i prefer to hand calculate, especially because computer discrepancies even stock occur. Running bigger tires etc only complicates that. From what i remember the Pedal Commander and devices of the like really just change pedal feel/response. His driving style may have changed as a result and maybe net better mileage?

Just following up. Shop says they can spray underneath the lights, grind/sand down the edges and spray again, and that they do that work regularly for body shops, but that it will still be noticeable. Apparently removal of those bed lights completely requires disconnect from the harness and re-wiring, so they never remove them. Not sure how much of that is true, but the dealership did confirm that the lights are added at Gulf States after the bed is sprayed.

If anyone is trying to figure out in what order to spray the bed and add OEM bed lights, sounds like you should get the liner first and add the lights later, if you want liner beneath the lights.

Obviously easier to spray before the lights if possible, but I call bullshit a bit on the "disconnect from harness and re-wiring" line. You pull two screws, and there should be enough slack in that wire harness to pull those lights away from the grommet in the bed side to apply some paper and tape masking to them. Then spray around them and fashion a little piece of wire to hold them out of the way while letting the whole thing cure. Is it as easy as doing it without them in the way? NO. But does it really require fully dismantling and unwiring the light. NO.
