2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
I know there’s lots of Tacoma folks here and hopefully I can get information

My son has a new Tacoma and I wondered what the outlet was good for?
Will it run a little right angle grinder?
Maybe it’s only good for charging batteries?

Believe it is rated at 100 watts underway, 400W idling. Only ever used it for Christmas lights in my 2013.

If you get the proper sized inverter it will run the grinder.

Yes. And I also have a Milwaukee grinder that draws 7 Amps (800 Watts). Twice what the stock 110V outlet in the bed of my Gen2 Tacoma will run.
You can’t run a grinder off the bed outlet stock.

The stock bed outlet on the Tacoma is good for charging batteries, airing up air mattresses, Christmas lights, work lights, and other small draw things.
Not so great for anything that requires some real juice.
