Is it raining or snowing up there?
I think the sensor cover is dirty/wet. Just wipe it off and it should go back to normal in a few minutes.

I do not think a malfunctioning sensor is going to cause his speedometer, tachometer, water temp and oil pressure gauges to completely fail, in addition all all of the other failures that the display is indicating. I can honestly say I've never seen anything like that before. You would think, however that if it were a total ECM malfunction, that the fuel management system would fail as well, making the vehicle undriveable. My first question to he OP is: Have you made any changes to the vehicle recently?

Nothing has been changed at all in the last year and a half.

Only thing that happened was I knocked the mirror off the passenger side

That was a few days ago and I cant think of any reason that would throw codes like that

Does your truck have blind spot monitoring? If your mirror was knocked off it could be related to the sensors being removed / wires compromised.
Another thing that causes odd behaviors is the battery going bad. Just a thought.

I just unplugged the battery and plugged it back in and the errors all went away.

Drove it up the road and have everything back.

    Just strange.

Still going to take it in and have Toyota look into it.

    It is still under warranty

I had an ABS sensor go bad on my 4Runner and the dash was like a Christmas tree. If yours is also a sensor, I don't understand why Toyotas react to sensors like this?

It was an ABS sensor so why wouldn't just the ABS light blink or stay on?

I can't find my reader to get codes.

I will see what the dealer says but am guessing they will just ignore it if they can't get it back

You did what I would do, disconnect battery and reset. I had a 2000 Yukon years ago that would go into limp mode randomly and would need to reset it this way.

The sensing systems stop working once they have dirt, snow etc sticking to the sensors.

Guarantee someone else will start their own thread on this subject every snowstorm.

Looks like maybe the Body Control Module shit the bed? It's not the powertrain control module or you wouldn't be running. Either way check for codes or try to disconnect the battery for a while and re-connect

Do you have anything plugged in to your OBD port like a scan gauge? If it shorts out, everything will go crazy like that.

Turns out it was my remote starter.

It wouldnt start the truck and turned off but the parking lights were still on.
When I went to start it it looked like it was already started and the computer freaked out

    Yes,
They started the truck with the remote and it would crank over, stop, try to start again and it would stop.
Lights would remain on internal and parking lights. I tried to start it inside and it would fail the first time, then start.

Did that three times and then the computer went off the deep end.

    No,
I would be able to write a simple program to fix it.

    Lol
