Bad steering rack?

I noticed a hissing sound coming from my truck. In the video you can hear the hissing but it stops when I turn the steering wheel just a bit.Unless I missed it I couldnt find to much info about this. I just flushed the fluid about 4 months ago, it still looks clean and no burnt smell plus the reservoir is still full. I just replaced the rack bushing a few months ago as well. When I hear hissing I don't think of a bad steering rack. I didn't hear anything in that video.

 

Mine is doing the same exact thing. Did you ever figure out what was wrong?
