    so I added a -18 offset to my tundra and it looks great! I also vinyl wrapped my bumpers black with adding recon tail lights and the back end looks sick! I personally recommend the recon tail lights. Very bright and has a great look to them. Here's some photos:

    That looks more like +18 offset not -18

    I think Law is right. I'm no wheel expert but if you had -18 I think you would be sticking out another 1.5" to 2". I'm rocking a +12 offset and I stick out a little more than you do. Truck is looking BA though!!

    60 offset is the most you can go in and is the stock wheels offset on our tundras. 60 is tucked inside the fenders, Zero offset would stick out about two inches and negative means (like you said) sticking out more.
    Look up negative offsets on tundras. You'll see a lot of those "bro" trucks with deep lip wheels. All dressing, no meat.
