Can someone tell me how to remove the overhead console on a 17 Tundra. Pics or a video would be big help. All I see are 2 torx screws in the sunglass compartment. I tried removing them then pulling on the console but was afraid of breaking it. I did a search and couldn't find anything.

There are 2 more screws under the aft part of the console. If you don't have a sunroof, then it'll be under the panel that has the clip. That panel can be easily removed by one of those panel removal tools. Remove that and you'll see the other 2 screws.
I believe there are pictures floating somewhere around here.

No sunroof. I have an interior trim removal kit. Will that work on the panel that has the clip. I'll take a look at it tomorrow. Thanks

Hey, @gman31, was curious about what you’re up to here... was doing this same thing today to (hopefully) custom mount my SwitchPro up there. SDHQ tells me there’s too many electronics behind the clip cover for their mount to work, but as with so many things for me, I must trust, but VERIFY.

I just installed the wiring harness so home link will only work with the ignition on.

Would you have to know which ones you tapped into for positive and negative? Installing a radar and tapping into the map lights

I don't. It was a plug and play harness that I installed. Didn't have to tap into anything.

Yea I ended up getting a harness to plug into the fuse box under the wheel area. A lot easier. Now it turns on when the truck does.
