Is it normal for my platinum tundra to be 2" lower in the front if it has the factory 2016 billistein pro shocks? I took it to the dealer today and they told me it was normal because the motor is heavy... I tried telling them it wasn't normal and it should be "close" to level but I didn't want to argue without being 100% certain. What do you guys think?

From what I understand pro shocks provide 2" front lift 0" rear. Very close to level

I purchased brand new and refused to take it home until the lift was done. I just didn't want to look like a pussy. Yeah, I'm extremely superficial & vain. :anonymous:

This is also what I thought... It definitely has the pro shocks with remote reservoirs. I just didn't want to argue with the dealer until I know 100% for sure. The trucks still under warranty so if there is something it should get fixed. Just seems like nobody at Toyota here cares much. There were three of them standing there and it was absolutely crazy that I would ask why it wasn't level with these factory shocks lol

If it makes you feel any better, I brought in my TRD Pro to get checked out for an issue I was having, and the service advisor told me they would have to make sure that my lift didn't cause my issue before they could repair it. I told them that I didn't have a lift, and they told me I had an aftermarket lift on the front which could have caused the issue I was having, so it wouldn't be covered by the warranty. I looked this guy in the eyes, with probably the most perplexed look on my face and said "You do know that the TRD Pros come stock with a 2" leveling kit, right?". They guy still swore there was a lift on it.
