Hey guys I have a 2000 tundra access cab. I have the total
Chaos long travel kit and now I want to get the rear done. I am looking at the Deaver leaf springs but I don’t know which one to get for long travel. If you guys could drop any links or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Also made an instagram page for the trips I do. It’s @project_prelander if you guys want to give it a follow!

C27-HD is Deaver’s long travel leaf pack. Gotta custom order because they can’t make it in any just any forge because of insurance restrictions that limit the arch or something. :notsure:

Here’s my less-than-satisfactory-because-I-never-update-it build thread... which... secretly :gossip: ... has been updated with a list of the major suspension components, front and back. Post #2.

(it’s true: we’ve added a bunch of cool mods I haven’t chronicled; hit me up if you need something specific, in case I’ve got it back stage.)

Edit: if you’re going to stay light weight as a prerunner, you want the C27 for a 1st gen. And I’m pretty sure you won’t have to custom order. Sorry, my C27-HD is to carry a lot of camp comfort equipment off-road at high speed. Tired when I answered, wasn’t thinking about your needs maybe being different.

Thanks a lot for the tips! I’ll be sure to look into that option. I tend to stay pretty light weight when I go camping. I’m located in Huntington Beach California. About 2 hours away from you! @Sunnier

Just call Deaver, they're website isn't the best and they are a small shop but will make whatever you need and are the best for leaf springs.

So glad I came across your page! I’m actually dealing with the same issue and waiting for my total chaos LT to arrive any day now. Have you installed the recommended deaver leaf springs yet?
