cannot answer your question, but i would consider what they'll look like in 6-7 years before install.

my crewmax came with the dealer's "protective film" across hood, door edges, door handle cups, and a few various other places. it started collecting dirt around the edges after about 6 months, and looked like crap.

i pulled it all off before it had time to look like this.

Ditto on thinking about how they will look after a few years. It is too cheap and easy to use some polish and wax to keep that area clean and protected. I am not a fan of any of that clear film. Available clear film products have improved greatly since they starting being used on autos, but one thing is for certain- eventually it will go bad, look bad and will need to be removed.

The high quality ones look good for a long time, but they will dull eventually. I think most quality manufacturers offer a 7-10 year warranty. Steer clear of the dealer installed stuff as it is cheap as cheap could be. That said, it seems PPF has also become incredibly expensive in recent years. I have a hard time justifying the expense.

Edit: PPF overall. Door cups will always be cheap given the size. Look into Xpel or Suntek for quality film.
