Strange noises...

Started as very faint thud today. Has turned into a distinct thud / thump this evening.

-Slow speeds less than 5mph
-Forward and reverse
-Much louder over small bumps like the joint between the street and the driveway (only 1/2" bump)

Have never heard this noise before today

Side note, today was the coldest I've driven my truck at 36F.

CV's have no slop. Cannot find any loose bolts in the suspension. Plan to take the wheels off tomorrow while at work and go through all the points to make sure everything is tight up front.

Any ideas from the brain trust here?

 

All suspension components tight. CV on driver side has slightest play. Truck going back to dealer at 230.
