Has anyone every used bed-liner on an aluminum tonneau cover?
If so how did you prep/ do it right?

    Thanks.

Check out Raptor spray-on bedliner. Not sure about prep work but I am sure this stuff will stick to aluminum and do better than roll on applications. Several videos on YouTube. Worked out great on my fiberglass camper shell.
