Of course! I don't punch much of anything these days. Also, I would follow this life pro tip: don't punch someone carrying a gun, no matter what they say!

    Some suspension tweaks
New holster day today for the pistol I showed farther up in the thread. Upgrade from what I was using.
I really like these High Noon holsters. I have several for a couple different pistols. Nice quality and fair prices.

Nothing fancy here. My most common carry is a G36 w/ serpa holster. Other carry weapons are Ruger LCP w/ pocket holster in back pocket and a S&W 1911 w/ leather holster (don't remember brand)

I had that same holster for a while when I was carrying a Shield 9mm. Very nice holster except reholstering was difficult since the opening was flimsy and closed up on itself.

Picked up a new carry gun today, haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. I'm off this weekend so a range trip is in order. A CZ75 P06 .40 with 2 10 round and 3 12 round mags. What do ya think @Backslider , I know you're a big CZ fan.

I just picked up a Taran Tactical +1 base plate for my Glock 42, I have to say I am really impressed. I wanted the +1 but not the bulk that goes along with other brands.

I'm station in CA so no daily carry for me :(
The government trusts me with a variety of fully automatic weapons but CA doesn't trust me with a pistol...

    Nice! My P-01's big bro...

I think you will love it as a carry pistol. Let me know what you think once you've had some time with it. Chexk out Cajun Gun Works too, you might end up missing your CZs as much as your truck..

Already been checking out CGW lol. I think I'm gonna send it to them for their defensive/carry trigger job. I got a smoking deal on the gun so I can afford to spend a little on it and not feel bad about it. Can't wait to go shoot this thing.

I have the defensive carry kit installed on my P-01 and it was worth every minute and penny. I just ordered some fancy new holster items to mount in my truck, but also just bough a wheel gun in .357 mag for a truck gun.. Decisions, decisions..

I paid $300 for the gun and 5 mags so I think I did pretty good. I'm gonna shoot it some before I do anything, but the reset on this thing is ridiculously long compared to my Glocks.

A striker fired pistol should never have a better trigger than a hammer fired pistol. I think some deep cleaning and polishing is probably in order.

I took it apart and did a thorough detail cleaning on it last night, polished the feed ramp and rails. The break is clean and crisp, but the reset just seems long as hell to me. The CGW defensive trigger job is supposed to lessen the reset from what I've read. I'm gonna shoot the heck out of it before I do anything though.

If you did a full detail then you already had the ejector, sear, and trigger pin out of the gun. You should have polished those instead of the feed ramp and rails! ;)

If you polish all contacting surfaces on the items above you will greatly reduce creep.
