    19 tundra trd
I have a 19 trd off-road ans it’s leaning to the left side quite abit. It’s over a 1/4 inch from the right side to the left . This is even with a empty tank of fuel. Brought it back to Toyota and they replaced the left rear leaf spring with a complete new one . Still has the same issue I have a level kit in the front. I do want to install a set of fromt and rear tundra fox pro shocks . Has anyone else had this issue .

Shim on the driver side will help

The Tundra lean is very common.
Some beefier leaf springs, or an add-a-leaf and a Coachbuilder shim up front will take care of it.

Forget about it and drive. Mine leans. My 4runner leans. Who cares. Road isn't flat either....

Exactly, quit measuring. I have always said if I can't see it with my eyeballs then who cares. I knew there might be a slight lean when I installed 6112s on front but I could not see it so it did not concern me. I am surprised dealer replaced rear spring. Maybe they felt they could submit as warranty and wanted to make a buck.

Common issue especially once it has been lifted in any way. Folks put a shim (small top plate spacer) on the driver size to compensate.

Coachbuilder makes some. I would think a 1/4 inch shim on the driver side will bring it back to even.
