    She was. Spatchcocked fresh 19.3 lb'er. Simple salt and sugar brine, injected with bird booster. Just under 4 hrs at 275 with a stint at 350 at the end for color. Juiciest tastiest turkey of the 3 brought to the shindig (of no more than 8 people of course).

    Think the turkey was 15lbs. Cooked at 250 for ~4hrs. Just used the Traeger brine, rub and pellet kit.

    No pictures...but I ended up smoking it at 250 for ~3 hours...I put a few pieces of putter under the skin and just put salt and pepper on it. Turned out pretty good. Thanks for the input there anda gree with your statement.
