I know many on here love their pellet grills as they are so versatile and can do so many things!! I absolutely love my Yoder YS640 more than any other grill I have ever owned. We are talking 25+ haha.

My neighbor cooks a lot and has been eyeing a pellet grill for a while. This afternoon he took delivery of the new Kamado Joe Pellet Joe. I saw this a few months ago but just recently has become available. I know it is not cheap at $1,999 so not for everyone.

He set it up and did a burn in and I came over with some ribs and some beers to try it out. To sum it up, it is phenomenal!!! Cooked great and very efficient. I thought it had a little more wood/smoke test than mine. It is truly one of the nicest cooking appliances I have seen or used. If anyone is thinking about a Christmas gift to themselves, I would take a look at this grill/smoker. I was really impressed!

Just thought I would pass along for a potential Christmas gift for oneself or family.
