It also depends on what your intentions are with your truck. Serious off road? Mainly street? Just to clear tires?

6 rc lift never off road but she can handle it for sure I pull a 28ft. Camper with it all the time no problems .I run 35 12.5 18 bfg .The only thing to keep in mind Definatly get the lifted struts not spacers but thays for any lift kit. It coil spacers makes all truck ride like crap .

I have a friend that has a 6 inch RC lift on his Tundra. He does not take it offroad but also does not have any issues.

When I decided to lift my truck I looked at all the different options. What made my mind up to go on the "cheep" side was that it was a 6" lift that was made of the same components that pro comp and didnt need to cut on the frame and that rough country stands behind their product .A friend of mine off roads a lot and broke a parts while doing so and they over nighted the part that same day no questions .

I have run them before, know tons of people running them. No issues. They are what they are. BDS is popular around here also, not many pro comp. The BDS lift is really expensive, buy what you can afford. Make sure you have the best shop in your area to install it and back their work up, that’s what matters. You will be fine with whatever you chose.

There’s a few shops by me that won’t even install any RC lifts because they say they are junk. My coworker what’s one on his F150 but only found one place to do it and has to sign a waiver before they will install. Waiver waves warranty by them if the RC kit breaks.

The dealership put these kits on and sales the trucks with RC on them. Everyone down here uses RC.

Do you still use a spacer to install the 6112 Bilsteins on a 6" lift? And what setting for the adjustable clip have you guys used?
