Every morning the truck squeals backing out of the garage. This is an aggressive shriek very high pitched. Toyota said that it was a thin layer of rust on the brakes that builds up and wears off as you drive. They said that the pads and rotors were fine. Any ideas for resolving this issue? The truck also does this in drive without touching the brake, but significantly less aggressive this was during 4HI today but it does it often when not on pavement.

Pulled back the backing plate and it stopped, but started as soon as it went over a bump (low speeds) It is very rusty. I believe the front brakes are the problem

What kind of pads do you have? Some pads are noisy when they're cold and the noise usually goes away when they warm up.
