Looking at moving from 20" stock rim down to a 17". Wondering what tire size would look good and fill wheel well a bit.

Also looking at Dobinsons 1.75" lift using their shocks and springs. Thinking 285 75 17 might work.

    Any help appreciated.

Just got these Wheels and Tires and am running 285/75/17 +0 Offset I am running stock suspension but with a little trimming and a heat gun, I got them to fit with no rub without a BMC. It really depends on the offset of your wheels if the tire will fit or not. Also, don't judge me on my chrome I am working slowly but surely to get it gone.viper.jpg asdf.jpg gdfg.jpg were.jpg

How much did you have to cut for these to fit? I’m looking at the same sizes. Also can you post a side view of the truck on flat ground?
