Fully stock but for a tonneau cover and LED lights
I work full time in a hospital and my stock halogens are not giving me the light i need. What are some options for best halogen or LED? Installed some Auxitos in the hi/lo beams and the spread is horrible on low. Hi is decent but i need better.

    Ideas?

For halogen, I have used silverstars in a few vehicles and they were always a noticeable improvement over the stock bulbs, easy to find and cost is good. I do not know much about LEDs available but there can be issues with light pattern when installing into halogen housing. Some also need relays so they do not flicker.

I am sure others will chime in, plenty here have done various lighting upgrades from halogen bulbs, LED bulbs, headlight swaps to LED.

One last thing in case you did not know, you can adjust the height/beam on your lights- can make a big difference if they have been pointed down vs straight out. The dial is probably on the lower right of the steering column.

Yea... you could swap out the entire headlight housings for something like the TRDPros, but it’s an expensive option. The other way is to replace the bulbs with LED bulbs. There are a few out there, but my experience has been good with Auxbeams... something like $35 at Amazon.

good luck and let us know what you decided.

    BTW, nice looking truck!

Check out Headlight Revolution. SV4 and the morimoto 2 stroke 3.0 are excellent. They have a great sale right now.

I just ordered a set of the Auxbeams last night. They have a 10% ($4'ish) coupon right now. Figured it was worth a shot...A lot of people say its still not a good solution, but others have said they are surprisingly good.
