Hey Guys and Girls...random question.

Added some Fog lights to my SR today, and in the process I noticed that the Right (passenger) inner fender had vents in it...the Left side didn't.

Hopefully that's intentional (and not something weird on just my truck).... Just wondering what the purpose is? No other reason to ask other than curiosity.
