    Hey all,
I'm trying to wire up my Audio Control LC7I and I'm running into some problems with the factory wiring. I purchased the AutoHarnessHouse.com adapters for the factory wiring. I have read and re read TundraTex 2016 CrewMax Audio Build and I still can not figure out my wiring. My truck is a 2020 Toyota Tundra Crewmax without the JBL sound system.

The factory wiring does not match up to the diagram TundraTex posted. Is the wiring different from 2016 to 2020?

I'm not a professional wiring guru, so hopefully someone can help me out.

    Thank you in advance,

I've attached pictures of my wiring from the stock non JBL amp:

Well, you may need to take out the multimeter, probe light and a 9v battery.

On your adapter harness, it's already color coded right? Time to probe it. Mainly the red, yellow, etc..
Key out. Multimeter yellow and black. You will have power already.
Key turn to On. Multimeter Red and black wires you will have power. Remove key and you will get no voltage.
    Yellow is constant 12v(+)
Red is Acc, will get power when key in turn to ON.
    Black ground

Then you will know which is which.
    key out of ignition.
Use the 9v battery to 'pop' the speakers on the adapter harness wires white + white/blk, grey + grey/blk.. those are front speakers.
Green + green/blk, purple + purple/blk.. those are rear speakers.

Solid color wire are positive while solid with black are negative.

Touch the solid color wire to the positive post on 9v battery and tap (tap and remove, tap and remove) the solid with black wire to the negative post on the 9v battery, you will hear the speaker 'pop'..listen for where the sound came from. Front left, right, rear left or right. This will tell you if adapter harness are wired correctly or not.

The wire colors on my stock wiring harness do not match the J144 wiring diagram I posted. There is not a black wire in the stock harness for the ground. Also, if I go by the diagram the tiny blue wire is the power wire? I might be over thinking this whole thing, but I also don't want to hook wires up and burn my truck down either.

Ok thats better. For a moment I thought we were loosing someone. So the issue relies on the brown, gray and light blue, correct?

Brown test for continuity with chassis. Im guessing its ground. Pin #7
Gray Pin #3, 7.5 amp ACC power. Test for voltage turning key.
Light blue Pin #9, Amp remote on from HU. Test for voltage. Turn off and on the radio to check.12578FE3-534D-40A9-B77B-35BA4A143A73.jpg

Thank you guys for the help, it appears I got it sorted out. Now I just need to get my amp mounted and start running rca cables and speaker wires.
