I'm missing the exact piece but it hasn't caused any problems not having it for over a year now. It's on my to do list, but I have mods I wanna do first.

They come off in car wash since the 2nd gen first came out. I hear my new one rattling every time I go thru the air driers .

Once you fix it, put a roof rack on it to hold it on.

Mine came off driving down the highway.......according to my wife. Every time she takes my truck seems something happens. Had them replaced under warranty. It's just asthetics to cover the drip channel.

I lost mine, probably from the car wash. Ordered a new one and used 3m double stick tape and been through the car wash a few times and it still on. Just clean it good with alcohol. Not the drinding kind. Lol
