Does anyone who has an army green tundra want to start an army green color thread?

I'd like one but not for an extra $10k over the price of my truck.

While it is not a Tundra (congrats to you that were able to snatch one), I am currently working on getting this bad boy back in shape. So I have “joined the 6v7” club with my 1990 SR5 4x4 Truck.
    Cheers

Check the build link in my signature.
You can get a ‘21 in army green with out having to break the bank... just gotta as the TRD OR package. I strongly considered it myself.

Nice looking trucks. And that 1990 is gonna be awesome.

In Canada, AG is apparently only available on the Trail, which the website says has an MSRP of $56k CAD. I got my SR5 for $45k out the door just under a year ago.

Here's my 2021 SR5 Trail Edition. Sticker was just over $47k, but not sure how that compares to CAD.

I'm in. Best color ever! I found my Pro at end of the '20 season, build date Aug. '20. Only mods thus far are the oh s*#t grab handle and the factory door sill protectors. Wildpeak 295/70's and brought my previous all black TRD Pro Shifter. Currently looking at steps/boards/sliders.... taking my time on this one because although I've looked at dozens, I haven't found the set yet that I want to put on my truck.

I know we are all big fans of AG. I agree with DjSamthrax that depending on light, the color really changes. At times, it almost looks black, but in bright light, it almost looks to be a light green color. The best part about cleaning this truck, is knowing that it is ready to get dirty again!

Parked after a wash. Went for a drive this weekend down the Tennessee Dirt Devil...lots of non-maintained dirt roads with 20+ creek crossings. Easy stuff. The kids and the dog enjoy playing in the creek, and it’s an easy and fun way to get my monthly 4wd time when we don’t have any camping trips scheduled.

I probably have a grand total of 30mi in 4wd at this point.

I found mine this past weekend, got the TRD sport edition. Off road and Pro versions are no where to be found. The 20" rims are the first thing to address. Looking for some dark 18" rims. Where I go, I've got to have more rubber between the rim and the road. Why in the world does Toyota put a cheapo 4 ply street tire on a 4wd truck? Lots to do on this truck but the tires are my priority. Appreciate all the advice and comments from the experts.
Also on the Tacoma forum, been driving Toyotas since 1980 but never get too old to learn.

Welcome Hombre and congrats on the new truck. I really dig the TRD Sport. It has some great bones and I think the color match center section of the bumpers is worth the cost of admission. Fortunately, wheel and tire mods are probably the easiest thing to accomplish on the Tundra. You have lots of options! Show us a pic or two when you can.

Thank you! Dealer had all the aftermarket stuff added by a local Custom Shop (AV4), we haggled a bit, and finally got there. One of those “I wonder what this Toyota Dealer has in stock” moments. Pulled up, and knew she’d be mine!

Are there truly so few of us? I’ve had new shoes on mine for about a week. 285/75 Duratracs. Can’t wait to sneak away to Land Between The Lakes or somewhere to get a feel for them off road. So far they’re pretty quiet. My speedometer is way off (35.1” diameter), but if I GPS my trip, I can use the truck readout to figure out actual fuel consumed and the use that to get actual mpg. Looks like I’ve only lost about 1mpg. There is slight noticeable power loss off the line. Not a big deal at all.

I'm here - I didn't know we had our own thread :) I don't have a recent pic but this one is from March, I think. My absolute favorite Toyota color - I traded in my Cement Pro for it.
