My wife found this in our driveway right where I park. I just got a 2021 Limited and this pin looks brand new. It has a silicone ring and a small spring on it. Any ideas?

Well the dime looks familiar. May have fallen out of your pocket. Sorry no idea what that is. Stop by the dealer

Just looking at it, it looks like the spool out of a solenoid valve/actuator. Check to see if your 4 wheel drive works properly. If it does, I’d still take it to the dealer and show that to a mechanic.

4WD seems to engage and operate fine. I guess I’ll take that 1 hour drive to my nearest dealer.

Good call I just had the recalls done on my 03 Sequoia so maybe a friendly call to the service woman that helped with that.
