I have found a 2-3 lb diff between the tpms and my manual gauges and the reading on my compressor.

2-3 lbs isn’t that much. Mine change that much depending on the outside temp.

Yeah, it's not like we're racing Indy, lol.

Yes, I believe I followed the instructions to a T. I'm going to try again but it's tricky with the 3 button presses.

My experience with TPMS is to replace them with standard valve stems, and use a quality air pressure gauge to check the air pressure in my tires.

Fixed it!! I had to turn ‘on’ the accessories and not have the truck running initially. Then drove for 10 minutes and now the pressures are displayed !!!

Thanks for the follow-up! I have the same problem after installing winter tires with new rims and new non-Toyota sensors. I've been back to Costco twice and the sensors are good and "registered" to the truck, but after 500 miles and multiple attempts with the the "three push" reset it still isn't working. I'll try the "accessories on" trick after work. Finger crossed. It's super annoying that this isn't easier!

Yeah, I was frustrated because I thought I was following the instructions. But the truck should not be turned on, but only in accessories when pressing the tire pressure sensor reset button 3 times. That’s what worked for me.
