I'm sure any aftermarket lights are not as good as Oem. With taillights I siliconed them on the seam before I installed them. Hopefully there's no problems. Will post if there are any issues. So far so good.

They look nice.... I was checking them out on Amazon. After looking at reviews on Amazon though apparently not the most functional at night. But yet you get a few good reviews thrown in as well. Frustrating. It just seems very hard to find a good quality after market headlight or tail light. For me anyway. Either they leak or the lighting sucks.

These are plug and play. Do the U Bar lights run with parking lights or are they always on. U bars look pretty bright in the day.

U bars are on when parking lights or headlights are on. The LED drls are always on unless the headlights are...Then they are turn signals.

Sealing with silicone seems to be the common thing to do...... guys who do that don't seem to have complaints...... How do these perform for you at night? I like REALLY bright headlights..... The OE lights are really bright so I may just buy a fresh pair..... I was looking at these and they have a lot of good reviews.......

@JerseyTundra1260 have you considered contacting @eledobleu about some of his products? They don't leak and are bright and longevity is great too.

Sorry, I do not have any pics of his work, however, I would bet if you searched the site for eledobleu you would find plenty of examples. His work is very good and he stand behind his stuff.

No complaints so far. I have a 29" LED light bar inserted into the grille that is switched by my high beams. That provides more than enough light when the need arises.
    20150912_103033.jpg 20150912_103309.jpg 20150912_143007.jpg 20150912_143016.jpg 20150912_143028.jpg 20150912_143037.jpg

Unfortunately, the manufacturer of that LED light bar had discontinued that part...

PureTundra, your Tundra is the first ive seen with a light bar in grill. Could be wrong, but haven't seen it. I am in the process of fabricating my own light bar to fit in our grill molding up @ top of grill. Looks good bro

Thanks rons23! That was the best thing about this light was the fact that it was only 1" in height and could fit just about anywhere. My friends put one in each of their cars too.

They (Feniex) make one now that is similar to this one, but it is 1.22" H x 28.14" L x 2.25" W. You can PM me for more info on that. Apologies to the OP, I hope I didn't hijack the thread.

X2, yeah I looked @ one similar to yours, but where I am going with it won't work. If my plan doesn't pan, then I'm definitely going with what you have. Thanks again

@thejuice does anyone know what headlights to get that don't have the amber bottoms? Looking for the new LED type that have the nice lit up bars down the side or something like that
