    Hello, I'm new here

I have an 08 sequoia 4wd, I read you can fit 275 70 18 on stock suspension. The tires i'm looking at are falken at3w it says for wheels from 7-9 inches wide. There are a lot more wheel options in 9 than 8.5 are the any reasons not to go with 9? Would that cause any rubbing issues?

    Thanks guys.

Will be fine as long as the offset is not crazy. The more the rims/tires stick out the more clearance issues you can have. I run 275/70-18 on stock suspension, stock TRD OR wheels and there is plenty of room so I do not think 1/2 inch extra rim on each side would cause any issue. Again, it is all about the wheel offset.

Thanks, according to the website customoffsets I need a -22mm to 65mm. So, should I opt for closer to -22 or 65? I don't understand exactly how that stuff works.

a couple more questions. Would I be ok to run a 17x8.5 inch wheel? Any concern with rubbing brake calipers?

Well for reference, stock 18inch TRD OR wheels are +60mm and that size tire fits perfect on those wheels with stock suspension.

Any idea what offset I need to avoid rubbing the UCA's?

I'm thinking I can fit 285/75/17 on my stock suspension, if i get the correct wheel?

    I'm going to get 275 70 18 tires. I'm looking at a 18x8.5 wheel with a +18 offset. Is that a good offset on a 8.5 width wheel?
