some issues with CS and not delivering on time. They do have good prices though. I like their hybrid rims.
sliders are 0.120 DOM if that matters to you.

No interaction myself, but when I was researching rims, there was some posts on a non-tundra forum that raised some red flags for me, something about reviews or Schill accounts etc, from what I remember.

The lack of discussion here is also somewhat concerning. And it looks like they may have some CS issues, based on @TheBeast posts above.

Looking at the price of the sliders,.they seem too good to be true for $600.

I’ve seen quite a few comment threads in various Offroad, regional, and Toyota Facebook groups tearing them apart for shoddy workmanship and poor customer service.

Yeah, that's what I am seeing the sliders look like a steal for 600 right and free shipping. Also, their bumper is going for 750 right now. Prices seem too good to be true seeing how other manufacturers like ADD and C4 fab with their prices and reputation. Just don't want to regret buying the bumper and wasting the money and hearing from the wife.

For a couple hundred bucks more you can get rocky road or Caliraised sliders that are beefy and come with customer support.

That's enough comments and proof for me to not give them a second look.

There are too many good vendors on here to choose from. Not worth saving a few bucks or ending up with a turd product or support.

I just recently purchased their v1 weld together sliders and they shipped when told they would and the fit and finish of the bends and cuts were flawless. I purchased the v1 beacuse I was able to add my own angle to the sliders before welding. Also purchased their rr5-v 17" wheels.

RRW sliders. Bent them at Windrock. Have taken them off to fix.

I’ve been eyeballing these as well. I’m really pissed off at Rocky Road right now as I ordered a set of Super Sliders in July and they are allegedly just now going into powder coat. They sent me an email at the end of July saying they would be ready to ship in a few weeks, then I follow up in Oct and they didn’t answer my email. Emailed them again a month later (last week) and they finally responded.

With BF right around the corner, I am strongly considering telling them to shove it and get the RRW sliders, but I’m also concerned with the lack of feedback. RRW has not answered my inquiry about freight cost either, which is also telling. It’s as if these companies don’t want to sell stuff.

I bought RRW wheels for the wife’s 4Runner and I’m very satisfied with those.

I can’t speak for the rrw sliders that come welded already but the kits were free shipping. Honestly surprising because at $600 shipping would have to be at least $100 i would quess. In my opinion they are very reasonable. Ordered mine and had them in 2 weeks. Keep emailing them. Their communication could use a little improvement in my opinion. It seems they only have one guy that deals with the emails.

    @Hoologan, try calling:. Rocky Road - Orders: 888 801-7271Tech: (435) 654-1149

That would be another red flag for me, no way to make direct contact

They are huge in the 4runner world - no reports of the quality issues that others are claiming here. Literally thousands and thousands of 4runners running their wheels, armor, sliders..

I have RRW sliders on my Tundra. I think I was the first person to buy them. They took about 225% of the claimed time to arrive. The company had marketed the product as ready while still waiting for some of the parts from their supplier. I think they order the top plates and some of the support arms from a third party and then they assemble in house.

They gave me free powder coating because of my long wait. Fit and finish ended up being fantastic. No complaints from me. Pictures in my build thread linked in my signature (I'm not at a place where I have picture I can post here).

They do not have a phone number you can call right now, but they were extremely responsive via email.

RRW makes some of the best looking, hub-centric wheels for both the 4runner and the Tundra.

A word of advice when setting them up to weld - don't do too much of an angle. I did 15 degrees. Perfect for me (tight to body) until I actually used them. They bent up another 2 degrees or so and I could not open my back door - hence why I had to take them off. I'll sandblast and cut the welds, reset the angle and weld back up and recoat.

Ya'll get free shipping. I live in Hawaii. One set of sliders I was quoted $1000 to ship. These I got quoted $200. These are a deal.
    Hope they don't bite me.
