Hello I have 2008 tundra and I'm having issues. I just installed 4600 bilstein's the blue and yellow ones with 2 shims on driver and 1 shim on passenger. I have a really bad shundder/poping sound under driver side only when I U-turn to the right going over a bump. Now right now they are contacting the LCA always even sitting still. Everything is tight with the suspension. Can I cut the bump stops so it's not always contacting??

Why do you think it's the bump stop causing the issue?

Would the bump stop cause the sudder problem while turning full lock?? Or is it a ball joint issue..

If when you put on the new shocks you didn’t find any bad ball joints then go back over everything and retorque. The super bumps are so soft there’s no way you’d be able to feel or hear it.

One side note is that the passenger coilover is on the driver side and the driver coilover is on the passenger didn't realize their was a difference between the two after I installed them.. That can't affect anything can it. It rides good 90% of the time. It just did the sudder and popping thing only two times.

The top 4 bolts were over torque alittle around 45ftlb. I set them at the correct 33ftlb and recheck the torque of all the bolts on both sides..

I think it could be my lower ball joint. I think it's leaking. Also I have a bad vibration under driver floorboard going over 70mph it's not constant but it comes and goes every other couple seconds
