I didn't want to be that person asking tire questions :(

Does anyone swap out winter wheels and tires on their pro? Looking at the Method trail series with blizzak LTs. Would love advice or suggestions on other setups based on experience. I live in the Utah mountains and I will be towing a trailer with snowmobiles at times. We get more snow on the roads than ice, should I be considering the nokain r3s? I don't want studded, but would like something that I can get a few winters out of and smashthrough unplowed ski lots. What are you running?

Hells yea! Working on the wheels but definitely use some Blizzak DMV2s. Life in MN is snowy 65% of the time IMG_20201024_184737.jpg

No tire is better than Nokian in the snow .I have been using them on different cars for the last 20 years. I will get a new set on my 18” TRD off road wheels.

I've always just made sure to run 3peak tires and run them year round. We'll put dedicated winter tires on the wife's and kids' cars, but I just can't justify the cost for another set of tires on the truck. Yes, it's a bit of a compromise, but aside from hitting the mountains for snowboarding, we don't get much white stuff here around Portland (and the region shuts down if we do).
