Not like the winters I've experienced in the Mid-West and North-East, the forecast of an inch of snow shuts the area down out of fear and we actually get a decent snow almost every season.

I am running 295/70r17 on stock suspension with no issues but have 25mm offset. I did have to remove mudflaps, bend the skid plate up, and trim the liner. I have seen members fit 285/75r17 stock on the rock warrior rims as well. I’m about to lift my truck 2” and intend on putting on 285/75r17 on when these tires wear out.

Question for the group, can you put smaller rims and tires (18") without an issue? And if so, are there any benefits besides cosmetics? I have a 2020 Sports DC with 20" and would like a taller tire/skinnier tire. Might just to this for the winter only.
    Suggestions/comments are welcome.
    Thanks,
    Dave

Question for you guys — I just bought Method MR306 Mesh rims and noticed after the fact that the center bore is 116.5mm, is that a problem considering stock is 110.5mm? Did I screw something up with my order?

Bought some TSS 20x9 wheels off local market here.
Went with the Falken Wildpeak AT3 - 275/60R20 after reading several reviews on here and on YouTube.

Howd it work out? I don't think they have a 116.5 in the mesh. Did you order the correct bolt pattern?

Yes, ordered the correct bolt pattern. Haven’t actually mounted them yet but spoke with someone at Method and confirmed they’ll work.

Nice. Don't think they have a 116.5 bore hub diameter. If they do, I'd look into hub centric rings. Most shops balance wheels/tires off of the center hub bore. Sometimes with lug centric wheels it'll take more work to be correct.

This is what their website shows, which is consistent with the specs on the invoice:

I also talked it over with Jay and Erick at State 48 Overland, they said there won’t be an issue mounting them.

Do you prefer this set up rather than the 20” platinum wheels that dame with the trd sport? I’m on the fence on changing mine with the wheels as well. What is the difference in ride?

Mine came with 20" TRD wheels, these are 9" vice the TRD's 8", but still remain flush with 275s - personal preference. I debated a pair of the Gloss Black 20" Platinum wheels, but prefer the more "aggressive" (?) matte TSS wheels. Ride wise the street tires it came with were probably a little quieter (with the radio off) and cornered a little smoother, but no significant differences. Currently I hear zero road noise driving 80 with Joe Rogan on haha, and in the stock tires I was sliding with 1" of snow in Yosemite. No regerts.

Looks great! Thinking about getting the rebounds 17" also (would like to run 35" tires). I have a 3" ToyTec Boss lift and add a leaf in rear. Already have a low profile bumper installed. My question is:
Where is the minor rubbing happening ? Did you do a body mount chop?
    Thanks!
