Axle dump tailpipe

I’m looking for an axle dump option for a 6” Dirty Deeds stainless exhaust. About to make the switch from my TRD system and I think I want to to just do an axle dump tailpipe.

I had to do an axle dump when I lowered the rear of my truck...
the factory exhaust doesn't sound all that bad dumped in front of the axle.

I had him build these bolt on dumps for the TRD replacement system I ordered from him

 

Dirty deeds can send you bolt on tail pipes if you want to keep your TRD Duals

I ended up cutting my Corsa DB single pipe exhaust past the axle and weld back the tip.

 

thats where I cut mine as well

 

DD 8" system. This is with the stock piping

 

Honest question - what's the pros of dumping ur exhaust like this

 

clearance when running aftermarket suspension/tires

 

Rule of thumb, exit the vehicle as far back as possible, and exit completely.

When dumping, anytime you can go over the axle instead of before it’s better.

That said, a LOT of guys dump before the axle and it works fine too.
