Man that sequoia is sick! Reminds me of our 5th gen runner white with blacked out badges. Storm trooper look!

That's so nice. You have some interior shots? Me and the wife have been on the fence for a while but the price is crazy. I think when my son starts driving next year, I'll pass our 1st gen sequoia to him and we'll look into getting a new one.

It took a lot of searching but we finally found a TRD Sport Sequoia for my wife. I’m truly amazed at how great this thing drives and rides. I thought the Tundras had a great ride compared to other trucks and SUVs but the Sequoia takes the cake for that! Lots of interior space and decent gas mileage for the power train setup imho.

Considering getting the wife a Sequoia also in the next couple years but waiting for the next generation to come out first to see how it is.

My wife went from a 3rd gen T4r to a Scion TC before i landed her in an 07 limited. She absolutely loves it. Gonna start on some Sliders for it today actually and then surprise her with a lift for anniversary in spring when shes due for new tires anyway.

My mom ordered hers as she wanted from thr dealer when released and has taken it on several cross country trips. Never a single issue for them, been a great vehicle. Must be why I though we needed one.

I’m getting sick of maintenance issues with my wife’s Yukon XL. It’s paid for, but there are a lot of little things adding up. If the transmission can hold out until I pay off my truck, we will be looking hard at the Tree.

Hopefully in a year or two, it’ll have the TT/hybrid drivetrain. My wife sits in a pickup/drop off line twice a day at our kids’ school. Would be nice to get into a more efficient vehicle.

Hello. Newbie here from Florida! Was browsing the interwebs for Sequoia mods and this forum came up. Glad to see there's an online community as you guys already know how sparse mods are.

I'm about to purchase a 2018 TRD Sport with 29,000 miles for $51,000. It seems to be right in-line with what i'm see across several sites. Am I paying way too much??

Just replaced the 20yo stereo tape deck with wireless CarPlay. I feel like I have traveled ahead in time!
We had a 2002 Sequoia until exactly a week ago. I hit the front side of an F150 at 65MPH when it unexpectedly crossed the freeway in front of me. I walked away uninjured with the exception of a few scratches as I crawled through glass getting out. I don't know how they handle a side impact, but they can take a beating in a head on. I owe my life to that vehicle. .....and we bought a replacement 2002 yesterday!

Wow, you are so blessed to walk away from this. Glad you are ok. Hope you family was not in the vehicle at that time? Sounds like it was just you?

I was following my son and my wife in his 2003 Tundra about 5 seconds behind them. We were dropping off him and all is dorm room stuff at school. They didn't see it, luckily. The bike survived without ANY damage!!!

Reviving an old thread before I create a new one. Just came from a 2016 Tundra to a 2015 Sequoia. Front leg room specs read the same but I feel much more scrunched in the Sequoia (I’m 6’-3). I see the front head room is larger in the Tundra but it just feels like I am a few inches closer in the Sequoia.

Am I crazy or what? Anyone know if there is a way to get back further than the power seat allows?

After two Camrys, two Siennas, and a Highlander, we just bought a 2015 Sequoia SR5. Maybe some year, after the kids leave the house, I'll finally be able to pick up a Tundra.

I don't recall there being that much difference, but I'd assume the sequoia has less room. But I'm only 5'-8", so I'm prob not a good resource

So I have a 2016 Tundra in addition to a 2015 Sequoia and I don't feel there's a difference. If anything I feel that the Sequoia has a smidge more leg room. I'm not a jolly green giant though (5' 9").
