Have you called compuStar and asked for guidance?

I put a compustar remote starter and alarm in my 2000 tundra. It was still working over 20 years later when I sold the truck. amazing.

    Try this -

    Open the drivers door
End of the dash - plastic end cap - Red Circle in pic
    Pop that off
The control units are normally put in there (Mine Is anyway)

You might be able to see the serial number on the unit or manipulate it to where you can see it...

decent installers put the drone mobile sticker in the drivers door jamb with the serial number on it. otherwise you will have to find module to get the serial number.

I did contact compustar via email and they got back to me today with similar information as purplenova, great advice thank you. Pretty sure i found it however app says its invalid. In the email i got from Compustar sounds like they may need to release the number for reregistration on their end. So i sent them the code tonight and am gunna hope for some good news tomorrow. Thanks for the help guys!

    Welcome to the forum..

This module is what you are looking for, not the actual Compustar remote start/alarm.
    Is that what you found?

I'll post all this in case someone else finds this thread in a search.

If by chance you have the older GSM Drone modules, you'll need to purchase one of these LTE modules.
You can find them on Amazon for $109.

I had to replace mine, but I got my stuff in 2015.
But being you have a 2019, you should have this newer module.

Here is a link to install and activation if you need it.

As @nodak67 stated, a good installer will put the sticker on the door jamb, like I did.

Yes there is the actual Drone mobile module I referenced above.
It receives and sends the app info to the actual RS/alarm..

But you were right about the location.
Mine is directly behind the panel you referred to.
But I have the remove the lower panel to access it.
