None yet! Does steering wheel cover count? :)
Hoping to get 100k trouble free miles from mine which drives soooo good. Just got it at 273k. Wish me luck. I don’t have access to maintenance records. It was at the dealer last year for an airbag pump or something like that.

Hi. I’m ordering some now: backup and cargo lights plus brake light between the cargo lights.
So I guess it’s normal to have these LEDs cause the dash to give the brake light out alert? Per the question answer on Amazon. But hopefully not the case on Tundras?

I didn’t do the brake light, only the reverse and cargo lights.

Got it. Thanks. Is the reason you didn't use it on the brake lights?

Nice! Adding your third brake light to my shopping cart. Tempted to also get those brake lights. If you encounter any issues you could post back on this thread.

Today I picked up new wheels and tires.

I was searching for a set of tires for winter, and a good set would be about $1,000 installed. Instead, picked up these for $625 on Facebook. Brand new tires.

going to paint them up, and put them on.
Hopefully I can sell my old set for a few hundred bucks too.

    Well.
    The new wheels/tires are on.

I like that they’re quieter and smoother than the duratracs. I know they aren’t as ‘beefy’ but if I’m honest, this truck see 95% highway driving.

For the sake of keeping a Car-blog.

I sold my old set of wheels/tires for $330.

Bringing my new set of wheels/tires down to $295.

That's a steal for a new set of tires if you ask me.

Just for kicks since it’s still a 4x4 Toyota. ...

    ended up buying a 4Runner to fix/flip.
Got it for 1550 to my house.
Think I’ll be into it for about 2500.
Here in Colorado, I think I can get 4,000 for it.

    kinda fun!

    auction listing.

Wheels look great, mind giving me a dumbed down step by step of what you did?

Ya this was my first time. And I learned A LOT.

So I used COPART auto auctions. It’s super easy to navigate, but if I’m honest, I’ve been bidding on cars for the last 6 months, and this is the first one I got.

I have a search saved for cars in Colorado that are:
    A. No dealer license needed.
    B: labeled as running/driving.
    C: in Colorado.

I scroll through the list often just to check it out. I place my bid, happened to win!

though I won it for 1,050. To get it out of the lot, fees, taxes, etc. I drove it home for 1,600.

    today, I passed emissions

Well since the truck gets all of 14mpg, and just for kicks. I got a motorcycle.

    Tundra currently has 287k.

    Just a random update again.

289k. Needs rear brakes but I can’t get the old drums off... so it’ll need to go to the shop.

I think you can screw bolts into the drums to remove them. Google it and you can get info

Yeah I've done that before, however, these just stripped.

Anyway, got that drums done at a local shop. $275 for labor and they did a 49 point inspection. all is good!

Once again, this has nothing to do with Tundra.

Today I'm finishing a flip on another Copart car.

    2006 Scion xb. 93k miles.

All said and done, i'm into it just under $3,000.

I could sell it for $5,000, but I'm helping a buddy out instead and selling it to him for $3,650.

Great car. More room inside than my Tundra. and 35mpg. i'll miss this.

Picture shows where it was totaled. It was my first time doing bondo/paint. I didn’t spend time ‘feathering’ or blending it in, simply because my buddy doesn’t care. Was just trying to get it to pass the 10ft test.

I was offered 9k for it, and turned it down. I'm keeping her even though that's WAY more than I paid for the truck 2 years ago.

Its just too good to get rid of!

Think this is the 3rd time I’ve had to do brakes in 2 years. Ugh.
But probably my fault. I towed a real heavy trailer from Denver to Albuquerque and back….

Got slotted and drilled rotors… figured it was worth a try. Maybe it’ll keep the heat down….
