A month or so ago I purchased the Stillen CAI knowing that I was probably just wasting money as aftermarket CAI's don't improve much of anything. On my stock box I had previously done the SAMB so when the Stillen came in I was in luck and could also do the SAMB to it as well. After all was modded and installed I now have 3 air inlets. I also installed the pedal commander. I am very impressed with the pedal commander and the stillen looks good, my mileage dropped from 13.8 down to 12.2 with these mods (I don't care tho) I got to looking around and found a high flow mass air flow sensor. I contacted the company and asked what the hype was all about. They stated that with an aftermarket CAI and a stock mass air flow sensor that the stock sensor is still sending a lower voltage to the ecm making the aftermarket CAI useless, they said that their sensors have been modded with different parameters that will send the correct reading to the ecm adjusting for the added extra air flow. Whatever it has done my mileage has went up to around 14. I am going to get the truck tuned at vivid racing in December so hopefully these mods will make a difference.

I'm interested to see if you maintain the MPG's. Keep us informed on how the MPG's are doing on a periodic basis. Thanks

I have been running with this set up for a couple of weeks now. My travel route has mainly been from Safford AZ to Tucson AZ, 140 miles one way,
When I installed the JET MAFS after about 50 miles I got a check engine light, I pulled the battery cable for about 5 minutes and the light went out and I have not had anymore issues. As for performance improvement, save your money and just do the SABM(that's what I had before doing this set up) MPG is the same, throttle response is the same, with the stock box and the SABM it had a deep growl to it, now it doesn't. The JET MAFS was around $180, the STILLEN was $380 ish. NOT WORTH IT.

I’ve had my Stillen installed since around April. I reset my MPG when I installed it, and after all these months my MPG has held steady around 10.8-10.9 with my driving being mostly towing on city streets. Before the Stillen, it held steady at 9.9 MPG with the TRD filter & airflow accelerator.

I never thought I’d see someone combine a Stillen with a SABM, lol. I got mine just because I didn’t feel comfortable drilling holes. But now, it‘s looking kinda tempting...

The only reason why I done the SABM to it is because I had already had the hole cut in the fender from when I did my factory box, I wouldn't have done it if I hadn't previously done the mod.

Anyone else have the issue with stillen not providing enough length of tubing? The tubing needs to be about 2 inches longer.

I had heard about this issue before I bought it so I ordered an extra hose from Amazon so I wouldn't have any problems when I installed it, But when I got the STILLEN in, I had plenty of hose so I never used the one I got from Amazon.

I think it's the supercharged guys that would benefit most from your setup. @ViktorG has talked about this a few times in his posts. Nice truck!
