Still rolling stock baby....

hit the local Wally world this morning scored 5 steaks. 4 ny strip and 1 ribeye all discounted due to sell by date.
The ribeye went on the grill the strips she took into vac bags and in the freezer.
Baked potato was a monster. But oh so good.
Steak grilled to a internal temp of 128. 4 minutes per side at 550. Damn egg had a blow back and singed the hair off my left arm lol
