I shoot them better, my wife is comfortable with them, parts are easier to get and cheaper, they are easier to fix if something goes wrong and everyone I shoot with shoots Glocks. I don’t have anything against M&Ps I’m just a Glock guy I guess.

I was just curious. I’m not married to any particular brand. I’ve only shot one Glock, it was my buddy’s and I forget which model, and it didn’t feel good in my hand but I know many people swear by Glock.
I came close to buying a Shield a few days ago but opted for a Canik instead. Just for something different.

G 19, 5th gen, call me whatever you’d like. For me the most important trait of an EDC is reliability. I know this girl will fire when called upon.

I have the 9mm XDS but been really eyeing the sig 365 for a while now. I love the way it feel in my hand compare to the XDS and the trigger IMO is way better.

Sorry if this is a repost. Out of my 1911 and SW 3913, I carry the 3913 more often since it’s a bit lighter and easier to conceal. Only thing I added to it are some wood Hogue grips.

Is anyone carrying a M&P M2.0 compact? I'm looking to move up to a mid-size, aka "compact", from my current Hellcat (and past other smaller pistols) for the cooler months and had my heart set on a Gen5 G19, but I've been reading more and more about the M&P 2.0 compacts and they seem to get a lot of love. I shoot my G45 the best out of any pistol I've fired, so I assumed the G19 would be a logical choice, but everyone is clamoring about the grip angle and sights and whatever else with the M&P. I haven't found the grip angle on Glocks to be a problem, but then again I haven't shot a ton of different pistols.

I of course will go handle one and try to rent one before I make a purchase, but I'm just wondering what people's thoughts are.

I have the original M&P9C and love it. Have owned it for several years and never had an issue. Fits my hands comfortably. I switch between that and the shield depending on my outfit

Sorry if I already posted this somewhere. My EDC is a Canik SC. It came with a holster that works well for appendix IWB. Really like this gun.

Warm weather it's a S&W Shield 2.0 9mm.....now that we are back to jackets, vests, and hoodies it's time to strap the firepower back on.
SIG 229 w/ night sights in .357 sig shooting Underwood 125gr bonded. That's a combo to trust your life with!
Either is carried on a KORE gun belt. The good belt really helps with the heavier SIG.

For years my go to carry was my Kimber Pro CDP II in a Crossbreed IWB.

Then I bought a Sig P320 XCompact last year. Fits my hand perfectly and has become my primary carry gun.

I agree, i have one of the first Gens for the S.F. XD 40. Other than then known 'rattle' you get when shaking an unloaded gun, it is perfect.
I also agree - you can drive nails with it. By far it is the gun I can shoot the most accurately. NEVER have had a jam or missfire. I can't say the same about my S&W or Glocks.
