I got a scratch and 2 chips that need some touchup to prevent rust. Some very light trail scars.

I know of automotivetouchup.com and paintscratch.com, but I wanted to get some advice from the detailing gurus. Is there another place that's better? I'm leaning towards paintscratch.com because they sell complete kits with primer, color and clear pens along with some prep materials.
