I bet someone at Toyota stuck a 12mm lug nut in there by mistake instead of the 14mm. I apologize for the mix up.

I wonder why Toyota didn't do this in the first place? I have been thinking about going to black lugs.

Hey @Roman, just received my order, but one of my sets were wrong. I received a set with smaller lugs, part # PT076-60200-02. That set also says (Set of 6) but there are only 5 lugs inside. Let me know what I need to do to get the right set sent.. Thx.

    Order #60098

In order to tag you must put the @ symbol before the member name. @Roman will get it right. I actually had one in one of my sets as well...

I currently run these and like them too. I was just interested in actual black lugs but had a different outcome than expected. Glad to see it has been working out for others though.

I am very happy with them.

I just can not imagine how a painted lug would withstand any amount of torque without loosing paint.

Ordered the wheel locks from BAM, and the key stripped on the last one. I'm not a big guy, only 160#, and used a 1/2" drive breaker bar for install. There is no way it was "over torqued". Hopefully Toyota will replace this.

Yep, I put mine on and had to take off for a cleaning and the paint is chipped or worn off where the socket was attached. For the price paid for the set of these I should of went with the Colorlugs. Live and learn. Usually when the price of something is a lot lower than what normally is, it's too good to be true. I know this and purchased anyway so it's on me.

I'd love some black lugs for my wheels, but I don't want them scraped to hell either. If they offer them DLC coated, I'd be game.

@Roman, why does it say that the Cool Springs store is temporarily closed? I tried to purchase these black lugnuts.
