I’m relatively new here, but I’m getting my 2014 4.6L regeared to 4.88 (wish I had a 5.29 option) with a rear E-Locker by Premier West Gears in So Cal. It’s an investment into what I hope is a lifetime truck. Wish me luck, like-minded friends.

How's the setup so far with the 4.88 gears on 35s?

It's been great! The truck runs much smoother, my MPG went up 1 mile, and the rear is locker solid.

I have the BFG KM3 MT 35x12.5 and 18” Black Rhino Armory Wheels. The locker is a Harrop E-Locker. It’s been good so far, and the install was super clean. One of the switches is a little busted up because they initially installed it in the wrong opening, but I plan on using the space in the future.

Shift points are much better now, and the truck has more power going uphill and highway speeds. I had the pedal commander for a while, and while it took away the lag of the truck, I knew I was over stressing the tranny.
