I don't think they're even sold separately. I am adding our Toyota Parts specialist @Roman here to see if he can suggest otherwise.

I haven't been able to find "parts" either, but was wondering if someone wanted to sell theirs or parts of it. I've seen on the forum that some guys have been taking them off. Hoping!

I just installed one last week. They were stamped as grade 8 bolts, nothing special. If you have a fastenal or mcmaster-carr around you, I would just take the one you still have in to them and they can get it and the sleeves for you. The bushing might be harder to find. I have had good luck contacting energy suspension with specs and getting what I needed, but I may have just got lucky with someone who wanted to help.

Just grab the parts you need from the side that’s still there and head to fastenal. Probably cost you $5

Thanks, I know the bolts and washers are no problem. But the bushing will be hard to find. I'll check energy suspension. Thanks!

Mr Bill Sorry for your hardship but Thank You for reminding us to check our TRD sway bar bolts for a proper security torque!
    Big sigh... Kudos.

I didn't find them either during a search. The instructions just give some bolt specs but thats about it.

Mine came missing the sleeve washer. I couldn’t find one anywhere. I ended up using a 1/2” black pipe nipple from Home Depot. Cut with a grinder to the length of the other side. Torqued to spec, still there two years later.

I also preassembled that side and wrapped the bolt with electrical tape to fill the void between the outside of the bolt and the inside of the pipe. The stress is on the ends of the pipe, so filling that area just centers the pipe so it doesn’t sit crooked against the washers.
