    Hi -

I got these & the tires before I knew what backspacing was and they aren't right for the lift on the truck. I'm keeping the tires. I'm happy to ship them from Portland, OR 97217 zip code, but I'd rely on you to figure out where I need to take them to ship them. I don't have boxes or anything for them.

As shown in the 2nd pic there is a faint paint scratch on the face & chip on the rim on one from moving it around without being careful.

They came off a 2020 tacoma at 3,800 miles.

    They look sharp. Why nervous?

The lift on the truck is a tuff country 4.5" which needs 4.75" of backspacing or less according to the manual. I think those are 5". I didn't want to do a 0.25" spacer because the studs are so short and then I thought a 1.25" spacer or whatever the smallest size is would push them out too much maybe and then I just decided that the rims that came with truck were fine and I'd mess with rims later. I've had plenty of other things to sort out on this auction purchase.

My nervousness came from not really knowing what your lift was.

I wasn't sure if you were up 2" or something like what you've got. My brain said "be nervous."

Anyway, I didn't realize you were up so high. After I've thought about it... it all should be the same as what I've got currently.

Both tires are 265/70R16. Should be no difference.

Sorry for hi-jacking your for sale thing. After you like this post I can delete these posts but leave the picture in there. It may help you sell them faster?

Oh I don't care. I think its fine to leave everything we've written/talked about.

Also that lift came on the truck. I'm just living with it. It seems fine and I don't know what I don't know ;)

Gotcha. So a basic 2" lift, or even stock height should be able to accommodate these rims with appropriate tires. (For all the people who are reading after this.)

Yeah, that lift is a little much. From what I've read that much height is bad for the drive train?

I don't know. According to the lift manufacturer its fine. ;)

I do know I am 6'4" and feel stupid hopping down out of it.

But I'm uncertain about how long I'm keeping this truck so I'm just gonna ignore it as best I can.
