    Look for a 25amp DR/LCK fuse.
Should be in the interior fuse box, 3rd from the bottom on the left.

I think that controls both windows and door lock switches.

    25A DR/LCK
    Air Conditioning
    Automatic Light Control
    Cargo Light
    Combination Meter
    Door Lock Control
    Front Fog Light
    Headlight
    Headlight Beam Level Control
    Illumination
    Interior Light
    Key Reminder
    Light Auto Turn Off System
    Light Reminder
Power Seat (Driver's Seat w/ Seat Position Memory)
    Power Tilt and Power Telescopic
    Power Window
Remote Control Mirror (w/ Seat Position Memory)
    Sliding Roof
    Taillight
    Theft Deterrent
    Wireless Door Lock Control

I also think the POWER NO.1 fuse provides power for window motors.

    30A POWER No.1 Power Window
Not sure if it a fuse or relay, it is pretty big.

Hopefully someone that KNOWS for sure can chime in.
