I like it, there is a bit if rub when turned full right backing up, because of the tire size, but otherwise, I love my setup.

The view of the lake louise from the top of the mountain is outstanding.

i was there this summer and hiked up to Victoria Glacier and looked at the lake from the opposite direction. Also outstanding.

Did you stop in at the Lake Agnes tea house? It's so much more touristy and busy than it was 20 years ago, but their peanut butter sandwiches made of helicoptered in organic flour and lake water is worth whatever they charge!

I went for both Tea Houses. Brought the kids for hot chocolate in both and had the chili in the far one out at the end near the "death trap" which we looked at but didn't, er, go there... (as an aside, my kids are troopers - my 8 and 11 year old did some epic hikes. That one was 21 kms.)

Awesome. I brought my little guy up to the Lake Agnes one (the closer one) for the first time when he was 2 in a backpack carrier. He LOVED it. He's a little too reckless for some of the hikes up there still but we are getting close every year now.

You need to spend some of that youtube royalty money on a paved/concrete driveway. It pains me to see that truck parked on gravel.

Hahaha...you have no idea, that’s one of my pet peeves for sure!...if we weren’t selling this house in the near future (or we are actually considering tearing it down and building from scratch, we love the neighborhood), it would have been done already for sure!

I vote tear down and rebuild. It's hard to find good neighbors. If you move you don't know what you will get

Exactly what I’m telling the wife!...haha...if I had it my way that’s what we would be doing but she’s not sure she wants to deal with the headache...I think the only way I would want to move is like Crystal said, no neighbors at all!

I get that, but I use my neighbor for tools I don't have and an extra set of hands. Just costs some beer and rarely have scheduling conflicts lol
But next house will have less people around. Miss being in Maine in the summers, doubt we will end up there... also, unsure how I'd handle winters up there. My definition of snow is very different from yours hahaha

My dad is my closest neighbor which, aside from him stealing my tractor all of the time, is pretty cool. LOL (I gave him a set of keys and told him he could use it whenever he wants, I owe him for the teenage years of using his cars)
I'm from here originally but was stationed in Virginia for five years, unfortunately. I could not friggin get home fast enough when I moved. I hate the heat.
