    Picked up a Kimber Custom
2 2 tone in 9mm at Cabela’s. No local shop large or small Near me can get anything decent or tell me when they’ll be able to again. Cabela’s got the gun in in 5 days.

In store sales system is atrocious though. 3 hours from beginning to end. First I have to wait in line behind people Who don’t know what they want to pick up a gun I ordered and paid for while 2 guys handled customers at the rate of paint drying. Then the old guy who waited on me had to wander around in back For a good half hour looking for it. That’s his only job, he doesn’t do the actual paperwork. Then he passed me off to someone completely different for the background. Shipping is free and NICs is only 5 bucks but I don’t see me wasting half a day in there trying to buy a gun again. Wasn’t even that crowded, just horribly organized.

Well, she’s cleaned, lubed, and ready for a range trip. Just gotta find the time.

Kimber makes nice stuff. I'm sure it'll be a fun shooter. Congrats!

Great guns. Made just south of me.
If you are a LEO they will custom make your serial number.

I know they do it for us local LEO's. I'm sure they would for others.

I want to take her out for her 5th 100 rnd break in session but 9 has completely disappeared around here. I think those assembly lines got repurposed to 556 and 223 as rifle stuff has become available online and can be found in a couple stores around here. But at the exact same time 9 became nonexistent. Probably only gonna shoot my rifles tomorrow then hold off shooting this or any other 9mm until I see how the election goes and figure how things will look next year.

I could put another 100 rounds through the gun and be more than fine. Just don’t feel comfortable burning any of something I can’t find AT ALL right now until I know what 2021 might look like.

Your center console is immaculate. How do you keep it so clean.
