So I need some help folks,

I got a 2000 Toyota Tundra 4.7 Auto. No abs brakes.

The issues is it feels like every time I stop at a redlight, stop sign or in general my driver side rear drum hangs up.

Last year I thought it’s was shoes and wheel cylinder / replaced those, but issues continued.

Also replaced load sensing proportioning valve with another used one to rule it out , and yet issue continued.

Replaced master cylinder and flushed fluids with mityvac.
    But issue continued,

Also replaced rubber hose line going in to the T at the axle but issue continues.

I’ve thrown everything at it I can think of.

    Please help.
    Thank you .

I am new to this forum and know little about vehicles but I have the same truck and had it inspected yesterday. They found the back brakes were rusted and I believe mentioned a "bell crank assembly"needed to be replaced.

I have the same truck (02) with the same issue. Could have sworn it was the break shoes not disengaging but it have had new drums, shoes, lines and cylinders replaced with no effect. Did you ever track this down?

Start at the Bell Cranks on either side of the inner wheel plates and track the cable(s) back all the way to the Parking Foot Brake. There are multiple lever points, Bolts/bushings, turnbuckles, etc along that path that can affect the rear brakes.

Been learning about this system for about a year now after redoing/rebuilding the rear drums and cylinder components and just recently discovered one of the the cable levers was seized. It was the T Bracket Mount at the Rear Axle. Both of those are levers that should pivot of which I though was only one lever.
