Quick question, are these systems interchangeable? Meaning will a CM system fit on a DC (6.5' bed, not 8')?

 

We use a specific jig for a CM and DCSB or DCRB. There could be a slight difference in each jig. I will ask our shop foreman.

I got my Standard Budget System but didnt realize it doesnt come with the clamp to mate the mid pipe and tail pipe together, do you guys sell those?

 

I thought they supplied a new gasket but you reuse your clamp?

 

I think i remember it saying on the website that both the aluminized and stainless systems are painted in high temp black paint

 

They do, I’m just adding it to a pro, so I’ll be swapping the full dual out with the single. The pro bolts at the mid to tail section, not a clamp style.

I was originally going to get an sr5 but got a pro at the last second.

 

You need to use the same clamp

 

No clamp was included in the kit, but I did buy one at the dealer. The clamp does not come with the screw, you have to buy that separate. Heads up on that. The dealer did not have it so had to order it. $37 for the clamp, $1.50 for the screw.

 

Got my 8” system and installed it in about 30 min and sounds great. I didn’t install the resonator yet. I want to drive it for a while and see if I need to but so far no issues with drone.
