I'm transferring it (trying to, anyways) to lifting weights. Anytime I'm ticked or want to eat too much, I head out to the shed to lift some weights. At this rate I ought to be pretty buff in a day or two. LOL

I know this was a light-hearted joke, but it is something I had thought about.

Money is funny in that way... I was looking forward to that, actually, because people always say it, but in reality, it didn't work out that way. I was spending around $30-40/ week on alcohol and about $15/week on Copenhagen. In theory, that is over $2500/year, but because I didn't, or don't, set that money aside with the purpose of a reward, it seamlessly molded into everyday nonsense. It's kind of hard to reward myself now, though, for basically squandering that money for so long from my family. It would be fun to do it, but then it is also like living in the past of constantly thinking about the problems you had/have while setting aside money for it. So, for now, and probably forever, that money is back where it belongs rather than set aside for my fun.

Very happy for you and your sobriety, brother.
Stay focused. Life is a journey, not a destination. Have a great day!
