Is it normal for there to be 1 inch height distance from the driver to passenger side? Driver side rear of truck measures just under 39inches and passanger side measure 40 inches. How do I fix this? I don't want the gangsta lean

Full gas tank? It's on the drivers side / rear.

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
1" is more than most. Front leaning is more common than the rear leaning, also. Raising the front drivers side will help the rear. I'm not able to explain why, ask @Coachbuilder1
Many of us have added 2 of his shims to the drivers side and 1 shim to the passenger side and this helps.
    Hope this helps you.

1 inch seems like a lot. I thought it usually showed up in the front and that's why people sometimes put a CB shim on top of the driver side C/O. Sounds like there's something wrong with a leaf. I don't have any other idea. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in soon.

Gas tank is on that side but it's not a full tank.

So it's just the rear and not the front? Strange. Make sure you measure from fender to center of wheel. Takes tire pressure and tread out of the equation.

Sounds silly, but ruling out the obvious. Tire pressure okay? I think an 1" compression in the tire would be noticeable though.

Edit: just noticed joonbug mentioned this.

That's weird. Try tire pressure, check the leaf, if all else fails, bring it to the dealership it could be a bed mount problem.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, who noticed this. I Have a 15 PRO CM and mine does the same. I work at a Toyota too, and I have been able to compare measurements to all pros across the board. I've checked 3 other 15 pros and all measured the same as mine, 17 pros do it as well but doesn't seem as noticeable but they do it too. I've deemed it normal, fuel tank, transfer case(leans left), front diff, and Driver of course all on that side. I have check ride height measurements per TIS too and mine is still in spec. I just got shims shackles & bigger tires and called it a day.

Thanks for the reply. If there was something wrong I just wanted it fixed before I did my shims and shackle.

No problem. Nothing wrong that I've seen, I asked my FTS about it and he said he would look into and let me know if he hears anything. Mine did it before my lift and i didn't see anything broken, out of place or bent so I just went with it.

I'm pretty sure fords all lean to the passenger side cause of the fat wife problem.

Rather than start a new thread I will piggyback on this one. Not a 3rd Gen or a Pro, but similar issue. My front is the same measurement each side, my rear is 3/4" lower on the drivers side.
    2010, 4x4.

Has anyone successfully leveled the side-to-side lean?
Did you use a front spacer on top of the coilover? Might seem counter intuitive, but apparently this has a lot of effect on the rear ride height.
Did you use a small block spacer in the rear? @Toytec Lifts makes a 1/2" block for the rear, does it work?

I had about 3/4 to 1" lean on front driver. I added turns to my driver side coil over to compensate for the lean.

I have fixed height 3" lift coilovers, otherwise that might have been an option.

My front is the same height each side. I think I will give the 1/2" rear shim a try.

Anyone else running the 1/2" rear spacer to correct the lean?
